Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Most DeCuzzi products are made to order. Once you place an order:

  • We typically send your order to production within one to two business days

  • Production time usually takes about two to seven business days, depending on the product

During peak seasons, production and delivery may take longer. We will do our best to keep you informed.
 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may include:

  • Standard shipping within the United States, typically three to five business days in transit after production

  • Expedited options on select products, such as two to three business days in transit after production

  • International shipping to selected countries, with delivery times that may range from seven to thirty business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs inspection

  • Other factors outside our control
     

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The products ordered

  • The shipping method selected

  • The destination address

We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the Site.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

We do not ship to countries where our carriers or fulfillment partners are unable to deliver or where shipping is restricted by law.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country

  • These charges are typically due when the shipment reaches your country

  • You are responsible for paying any such charges

We cannot predict the amount of these fees. Contact your local customs office for more information.

In some cases, we or our partners may collect certain taxes at checkout, but this does not guarantee that there will be no additional fees on delivery.

Split Shipments

Your order may be fulfilled by more than one facility, especially when products come from different production locations. As a result:

  • You may receive your order in multiple packages

  • Each package will have its own tracking number

You will not be charged extra shipping fees for these split shipments beyond what you pay at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use this tracking link to follow your shipment.

If you have not received tracking for your order within a reasonable time after ordering, contact us at Sales@DeCuzzi.com.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Shipments that cannot be delivered after carrier delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:

  • We can reship the order to a corrected address, and you may be responsible for additional shipping charges

  • Or we can issue a refund for the product price, minus original shipping charges
     

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost:

  • Check the tracking information first

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number, if needed

  • Then contact us using our contact page: Contact Page Link

If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
