Refund and Return Policy

At this time, we offer no refunds, exchanges, or returns of any kind or for any reason. All sales are final and sold as is. In the future, this will be our policy.
 

General Policy

We want you to be happy with your DeCuzzi purchase. If there is a problem with your order, contact us using our contact page: Contact Page Link within thirty days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
 

Custom and Made to Order Items

Most of our apparel and accessories are produced to order. This means products are created when you place your order. For this type of product:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind

  • Please review size charts, product descriptions, and personalization details carefully before ordering

If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before you purchase and we will help you choose.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us using our contact page, Contact Page Link, within thirty days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If we confirm a defect or error, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a full refund for the affected item

In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

Non Custom Items

If we offer non custom, stocked items, we may accept returns for these products, subject to the conditions below.

For eligible non custom items:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Returns must be requested within thirty days of delivery

To start a return, contact us using our Contact Page Link with your order number and details.

Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless we made an error or the product is defective:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable

If we provide a prepaid return label in error cases or as a courtesy, we will indicate this in our communication with you.

Final Sale Items

Certain items are non returnable and final sale. These may include:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Intimate apparel such as underwear or swimwear

  • Clearance or marked down items

Any items marked “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects or errors.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, if applicable, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed to your original method of payment

  • May take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post

Shipping costs paid on the original order are not refundable unless required by law or unless we made an error.

Exchanges

Because most of our products are produced to order, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color.

If you qualify for a return on a non custom item and wish to exchange it, we may ask you to:

  • Return the original item as described above

  • Place a new order for the item you want

If you contact us, we may be able to help you with recommendations or options.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again

  • Contact your bank or card issuer, since posting times can vary
